Happy New Year 2013

First day of new year with a first post of the year. Here I wish my blog reader, Happy New Year 2013!!! Goodbye 2012 and Welcome 2013. Hope in 2013, everyone Happy, Enjoy, Cheers and Healthy. Leave the sadness behind and move forward with HAPPINESS.

Just count down at home in front of my laptop. Rushing my last post of 2012 on the last minute and manage to update it. Therefore, nothing much outing with my friends for count down events during Christmas or New Year.

Movies Week

Back blogging again. Now, around 15 minutes before 2013. Here is my last post for the year 2012. This post is about movies that I had watched in my first week of semester break.

On the 23rd of December, I watched CZ12. One of the last movie from Jackie Chan. One of my favorite action and comedy movie character. As stated, this movie still action, comedy and real movie that I like and made me laughed from the beginning till the end of the movie. So sad was I couldn't watch again action and comedy movie from Jackie Chan.

On the 29th of December, I watched Jack Reacher with my cousins. I thought it will be an interesting movie but no. It just an investigation movie that investigate a case from the beginning till the end of the movie. Maybe I don't like long investigation movie with just a case. Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher.

Lastly, Ah Boy To Men. I watched it today, just now with my cousins. A Singaporean, comedy and army movie. It was about national service movie in Singapore. This movie still got part 2. Nothing much to say about this movie. Just laughter and know about national service training.

Birthday Celebration on December

As mention in previous post, I will update another post and this is it. This post is about birthday celebration that I had attended on December. In this month, normally all the birthday celebration events are my cousins birthday celebration. Here I wish them again Happy Birthday.

Firstly, on the 6th of December. We had a dinner birthday celebration at Kok Thai Restaurant. Since my relatives is here in Ipoh so we decided to celebrate it. If not, it will be held in Pangkor Island with just my cousin's family. All the us were stomach fulled, face full of laughter, chat non-stop and finally the birthday cake singing, blowing and cutting session. Birthday girl, Fang Fang, my cousin.

Secondly, on the 10th of December. I attend a simple dinner birthday celebration at my aunt house. Just a very simple celebration. Eat dinner, sing birthday song and blow the birthday candle. Chats, laughter and photo taking for sure will have. Birthday girl, Mary Chong, my cousin also.

Thirdly, just few days behind. On the 28th of December, I attended again a dinner birthday celebration at Kok Thai Restaurant again. Since my cousin (birthday girl's eldest sister) is back to Ipoh from Penang and willing to treat us dinner (birthday celebration), my aunts decided to held it in Ipoh. Just similar like above two event again but just different we had a great chats in my aunt's house until late night. Birthday girl, Chia Ling, my cousin again.

Last but not least, I had a friend and his birthday is on the 7th of December. I knew him since secondary school and celebrated his birthday every years without miss it. Too bad was on that day, I was in Kampar and he was at Kuala Lumpur. So, I couldn't celebrate his birthday this year and I here wish him "Happy Birthday and all the best in your upcoming final examination." Birthday Boy, Vizent Tang.

First Year Second Semester in UTAR

After disappear myself from blogging for 2 months, finally, I'm back blogging again. Before 2012 ends and welcome 2013, I will update all the events or happening that I had attended or happened along the 2 months in this New Year Eve.

Firstly, my studies in UTAR. Time really flies non-stop or slow. So fast, I had done my first year second semester in UTAR. I had gone through my half year time in university. It was just like yesterday for my intake into university.

New and old friends still met there. Chats, laughter and drinking session non-stop there. Most important at there was my studies. My first year second semester was a short semester as my studies was just 7 weeks and I took 4 subjects in this semester. They are Business Accounting 2, Organizational Behavior, Corporate and Business Law and Sun Zi's Art of War and Business Strategies.

After been through the final examination, Business Accounting 2 still my weakest subjects because I'm still weak in my accounting basic. Others subjects, I still manage to handle it well. Well, final examination had past and I had tried my best to answer them and I will let the rest for the God. Wish me Good Luck for the results.

I had 3 weeks semester break and I had gone through my first week. Hopefully, my upcoming 2 weeks semester break will be fun and enjoyable.

University Tunku Abdul Rahman, UTAR

Do you ever visit UTAR, Kampar campus? No? Never mind. Here, I briefly tell you about my university. UTAR, Kampar campus is a nice and beautiful place as study environment. My campus is surrounded with lakes and green plants.

My campus has Block A until Block N surround a lake, as you can see the photo above. Block A and Block M are Heritage Hall and Grand Hall while others are lecture halls and tutorial classrooms. At first when I went into the lecture hall, my first impression was CINEMA. One thing I want to mention is at lecture hall, all the tables for students are so small.

Next, tutorial classrooms just like a normal classrooms in the school that can fit in 30 students. After introduce the halls and classrooms, now the cafeterias. UTAR has 2 main cafeteria and 3 stalls along the ways. The 2 main cafeterias are in Block C and Block K.

Lastly, UTAR library. It is located at Block G. It is a big library for me. A beautiful whole lake view can be see inside the library. For me, I seldom been to library during my schooling days but now I often go there. This is because for air-con and the nice view but not the books. Besides that, I also go there because to take a short nap for the next class starts for 2 hours later.

Do you think UTAR is a nice university? Do come and take a visit during the Open Day. I can say that here is a good study place because here didn't have any entertainment but cyber cafes had here. Food here are cheap and reasonable. If you like bubble tea, here got around 8 shops selling it.

Happy Mid Autumn Festival

The last day of September was Mid Autumn Festival according to Chinese calendar. It means I can enjoy my moon cake under the beautiful full moon that hang above the dark sky at night. As a young adult now, Tanglung ( lantern ) and candles I seldom play with it already. Last time when I was a kids, I like to play with Tanglung and candles with my cousins but now no more.

I quite jealous my friends celebrated Mid Autumn Festival and played Tanglung and candles with their friends in university while I'm sitting at home celebrating with my laptop. I saw my friends taking photo with Tanglung and nicely arranged candles with many shapes.

Well, no choice that I'm still semester breaking in Ipoh alone while all my friends just started their studies in university. Just here wish my blog reader Happy Mid Autumn Festival although it had passed. Happy and Smile forever  =)

St. Michael Centennial Dinner

On the 29th of September, my school, SMK St. Michael had held a centennial dinner that gathered 3000 old Michaelian together with 300 of tables under the tent in the school field. It was one of the biggest event of the year in the school.

Too bad, I can't attend it because none of my gang attend it. All my gang went to different states in Malaysia for further study in the local university. Although I'm regret that I didn't attend it but no choice to stay at home even I'm in Ipoh.

To show I'm still got the Michaelian Spirit in my heart, I brought a book of St. Michael named " Valiant and True ". It is a limited edition book. In the book, it had all the history of my school, SMK St. Michael for the year 1912 until now, 2012. It is a 100th anniversary book of St. Michael. I'm proud to have this book and I will keep it forever.

Besides that, I also brought a T-shirt of St. Michael this year centennial drama titled " Jean Baptiste, The Lost Chronicle ". I brought this shirt because this year, I missed this centennial drama that I never miss before any of my school play since the past when I'm in the school. As a repaid, I brought the shirt as represent that I got give out my part as a Michaelian.

I'm really proud to become one of the Michaelian. GREEN and WHITE, UNITE!!!
